Return Policy
We understand there are times when items need to be
returned. We are happy to accept returns and will look forward to your
future business. Please review the information below before sending your
return. It will help insure you receive your proper credit in the
timeliest fashion.
Please submit return request by using the short form included
with your order. If you did not receive, or have lost the
form you can print another using the link at the bottom of this page
to print another. If you have spoken with a representative by
phone prior to submitting your return authorization please note any
information (including the name of whom you spoke with) that will help
in the processing of your return.
We will be happy to accept returns for items that are in good,
unused, re-salable condition for up to 30 days of the delivery date of
your purchase. There are a few exceptions listed below.
Invoice or copy must accompany all returns.
We are sorry, but we are not able to offer exchanges. All additional
purchases or corrections must be handled through separate
transactions.
All accepted returns must be in original packaging and in clean
re-salable condition.
*** PLEASE SHIP THE ITEM BACK INSIDE OF A SHIPPING BOX. ITEMS RETURNED
IN ONLY THE TOYOTA PACKAGING ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR CREDIT UNLESS IT IS
THE WAY YOU RECEIVED THE ITEM. ANY WRITING ON THE ORIGINAL BOX WILL NOT
ALLOW US TO RETURN THE ITEM. ANY MARKING ON THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE WILL
NOT ALLOW US TO CREDIT YOU. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS CONCERNING THIS
PLEASE ASK US.

Exceptions
- Electrical parts are non returnable.
- Any part that has been installed or attempted to be installed on a
vehicle is non returnable.
- Items with torn or damaged packaging are non returnable.
Parts Special Ordered from TRD Japan are "Non Returnable"

All warranties on the product sold hereby are
those made by the manufacturer. The seller hereby expressly disclaims
all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied
warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and the
seller neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it
any liability in connection with the sale of said products.
